Had a pleasure of being taken care of by the team here. In such a busy city as Oakland I felt very welcomed by all the employees like I’m in a small town. Ninh is above and beyond! Very attentive to details and was helpful with all my needs. Rosa was very welcoming and great to interact with. Techs did their job fast! Great experience overall. Highly recommend to service your truck here.

Ninh(the service Manager) was very professional and courteous. Eric the Tec was able to diagnose my truck and make the repairs in a relatively short amount of time. Down time is a killer in this business. After 2 days they got us back on the road late Friday afternoon. Thanks guys.

I wish that all the Diesel shops were as professional and through as this facility. The service advisor, AK, maintains a very easy going nature but he is all about the business of assisting his guest. I wish that there pricing was a bit more reasonable but at least once the problem that I walk in with is fully addressed!
